My Philosophy
I am honored to be a birth and postpartum doula servicing the Chicagoland area. My priority is nurturing the birthing parent & the whole family through the life transition that is birth. I believe this transition can best be made when a doula is present to listen to your needs, provide resources, and step in from time to time so that you can rest. I am passionate about caring for the whole family (including partners + kiddos) through the labor and postpartum periods.
In the spring of 2022, I graduated with my Master’s of Divinity from Candler School of Theology at Emory University. There, I studied the ways that our spiritual practices ground us in times of change. If spirituality is important to you, I am excited to help your family develop practices & rituals to make meaning of the birth and postpartum experience.
